Two Repackaging Opportunities

We need help packing food this week on Thursday, 5/6, at 7:00pm, next week on Wed., 5/12, at 7:00pm, both nights at New Hope Church in Orange City.

Shelter Awareness Day with The Bridge

This past weekend, we were able to spend a beautiful day in Alton, Iowa with the lovely ladies of The Bridge, a plus a few extras.

It was so fun to eat some great food, have some good laughs and watch the kids run around barefoot in the sunshine.

Be an Answer to Prayer

I was browsing through The Simple Way, a ministry in Philadephia. Among other things, they feed and encourage their community.

I came across, 50 Ways to Become an Answer to Prayer. A great list of things that YOU can do, today in our area. You do not have to move to an inner city to do this!

We are often asked, "Is there a need?" And there is! But food may not be the only need in our community, conversation, listening, validation of people as important whether or not they make $50,000+ a year.

How are you going to be an answer to prayer today?

Special thank you to the NWC football players who gave up their precious Saturday morning. They came and repackaged food, filled bags and helped local Zestos, Inc families.


They were so fast at packaging we had to find more for them to do!
